Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility

The ANPPREV Social Security Journal (RASS) is committed to the principles of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility (DEIA) in all its editorial and academic practices. We believe that a diversity of voices and perspectives is essential to enrich the scientific debate and promote a broader understanding of Social Security systems. This commitment is carried out through the following actions:

1. Balanced editorial composition

The journal seeks gender, regional and institutional balance in the composition of the editorial board, the reviewer board and the choice of reviewers.

2. Inclusive language

The use of inclusive, non-discriminatory language is recommended, avoiding the generic masculine when a clear alternative exists and respecting diversity of gender, race, age and disability.

3. Sex, gender and inequalities in research

We encourage works that address issues of inequality and inclusion and that, where relevant, consider sex and gender dimensions in data analysis, following the SAGER guidelines.

4. Accessibility

The journal seeks to offer accessible content, with alternative text for figures and documents readable by assistive technologies.
